Order Processing Time
All items are hand sewn with care. As such, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type.

Made-to-Order Items: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 weeks after payment is received.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is received.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship orders using USPS
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Delivery Issues and Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
For lost packages:

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many of our products are handmade to order:

Order changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
