1. Returns and Refund Eligibility
Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Made-to-Order or Custom Items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Ready-to-Ship Items may be eligible for return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
4. Approved Returns
If a return is approved:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Items must be returned in original packaging, if possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Butterfly Pearl is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee exchanges. Please contact us to discuss available options if an issue arises with your order.
7. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before production has begun.
Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
